I measure AI by an engineer’s standard: does it work?
My career has taken me through mining operations, industrial design, space research, banking and universities. In every one of those settings, a good idea had to survive real work.
At Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan, I built practical AI enablement for 500+ employees and helped functions create GPT assistants. At Surfaice, I worked on AI use cases across customer experience, HR, sales and analytics. Previously, I led the School of Digital Technologies and Economics at AlmaU.
